A few practical things to do for your health
Awake = Hydrate. Add citrus: Lemon for liver, lime for gallbladder, orange, cucumber and mint if you need to feel cooler. Ginger is slightly warm, if you are achy and need a digestive boost.
Coconut water if you are retaining water, feel constantly thirsty, sweating a lot, or just try it and see how you feel!
Base your diet on vegetables, leafy greens and protein. Limit or eliminate processed foods. Just say no to high fructose, monosodium glutamate, low fat / non-fat, artificial sweetener. Say yes to Himalayan’s salt.
Get regular exercise. For the exercise freaks who never get enough: learn a new skill. Be ok with being bad at something.
Use breathwork, meditation, listen to music; get into alpha state.
Beware of your screen time. Beware of repetitive use injuries.
Think prevention: Why is this happening ? Is something I hear from patients ALL THE TIME! Turn worry energy into behavioral pattern evolution. Why it’s happening may not be as important as making changes to make it stop…
